| Granby awarded new contract with Mindware |

Granby Marketing Services has been appointed as Mindware’s supplier partner to undertake all order handling, payment processing, fulfilment and customer service operations for the UK market.
Mindware, a US-based company that has been trading for 17 years, is an award-winning creator and distributor of educational toys, books, games and activities for children of all ages. As well as its US operations, the company also operates mail-order and e-commerce activity in the UK.
The new 2008 catalogue launched in August this year and Granby is working with the US-based management and operations team at Mindware to develop a solution that will provide a successful and efficient online shopping service. Furthermore through Granby’s brand ambassador training programme will maintain the high standards of customer care and brand loyalty.
Granby’s chief executive, Stephen Bentley, said: “Mindware will be able to rely on us for professional and cconsistent delivery and we look forward to providing this for them over their busy Christmas period”.
Consumer online spending is increasing considerably faster than the traditional in store experience which has given Mindware the opportunity to expand into the UK with the support of Granby Marketing Services who will ensure an end to end service which mirrors the brand.
