Following a very successful show in 2007, which saw a 13 per cent increase in visitors, the organisers of the National Incentive Show have added a number of new and exciting features to the 2008 event.
In addition to the new features organisers of the National Incentive Show have again developed a high level seminar programme for industry inspiration.
The seminar and show is free to attend and visitors can pre-register online at www.nationalincentiveshow.co.uk. Visitors who pre-register for the show will automatically be entered to win a Sony Cyber-shot camera and digital printer.
New – Voucher Association Pavilion Vouchers offer the perfect solution for business rewards new to this year’s show is the VA Pavilion which features some of the UK’s leading brands including B&Q, Comet, Debenhams, John Lewis, and Woolworths.
New – Google University & Key Note Speech Google offers a vast variety of opportunities for businesses and marketers. There will be two Google University sessions demonstrating how visitors can acquire and convert more customers via their website and will also receive a £50 worth of Google Adword vouchers. Google Marketing Director, Dan Cobley will give a unique insight into how the web is having an astounding impact on how people interact and communicate with brands and what this means for marketers.
New – Networking Lounge & Bar Events are unique in bringing people together and this year’s show will offer visitors the chance to network with industry peers and make contacts from other related industries. The Main Bar will host a happy hour drinks reception on Tuesday 16 and Wednesday 17 evening for the perfect excuse to enjoy a drink with fellow visitors and exhibitors.
Co-location Once again the National Incentive Show will be co-located with Event UK (formerly National Venue Show) the show for destinations, venues and event service suppliers, Call Centre Expo & Customer Management Expo the international Exhibition & Conference for customer contact solutions and customer strategy & management. New for 2008 the National Incentive Show will run alongside the Print for Business Exhibition, the only UK trade show dedicated to the trade providers of print related products services, systems and solutions.
Diverse range of exhibitors This year’s show welcomes many new companies to the show including ASDA Business Rewards, Bosch, Brand Addition, Debenhams, Grass Roots, Motivaction, Samsung, Sony and Entrepreneur of the Industry 2007 winner Clippykit.

Marketing Association Alliance The Marketing Association Alliance is a network of trade bodies made up of the ISP, the British Promotional Merchandise Association (BPMA), the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), Point of Purchase Advertising International (POPAI), the Independent Print Industries Association (IPIA) and The VA, representing vouchers and gift cards. It will be hosting seminars on each day of the exhibition.
Tuesday 11am The ISP’s associate director of education, Richard Pink, formerly promotions and licensing manager at Kellogg Sales and Marketing UK and head of licensing at Entertainment Rights. 2pm Phil Day, business manager at POPAI will lead a seminar on top tips for reaching the biggest audiences.
Wednesday 11am Gordon Glenister, director-general of the BPMA 2pm Andrew Johnson, director-general of The VA.
Thursday 11am John Price of the DMA on outbound telemarketing 2pm Andrew Pearce, chief executive of the IPAI, on innovations in print.
